Gallery and Balcony Molds
We manufacture various types of galleries/balcony moulds. These can also be provided with an anti-slip structure. Because we think along with the customer, we can sometimes realize major savings, for example: simplify conversion, save anti-slip mat and sometimes save a mold ourselves. If necessary, a script/work description is also supplied with the mold to make the conversion as easy as possible.
Due to our many years of experience in making balconies and galleries, we can advise the customer with the mold layout, pouring sequence in order to produce an economical mold as possible.

Column / Beam Mold
Everything is possible here, for example with ;

- With and without bevelled edges in various sizes ( standard is 10 and 15 mm )

You can opt for a complete mold or only edge wood and recesses that can be built on an existing base at the client.

Almost anything is possible. We can develop/make a mold for everything that is produced from concrete.
Keuze opbouw mal
Our molds are provided with 3 layers of lacquer and a putty or epoxy as a filler.
The molds are also provided with a cell rubber 2x 9 mm for final assembly.
You can also choose between various types of mounting, for example KO10, KO16, wood thread bolt or a screw with a body washer.
